Important Notes

  • If you wish to make a complaint about the actions of an employee or about any aspect of our law enforcement operation, you may come to the department, call the department or Town Selectmen’s office, write your complaint to the Chief of Police, or use this form.
  • Please identify yourself and provide specific details about the complaint.
  • Your complaint will be investigated. You may be contacted and asked additional questions.
  • If the investigation will take a long time, you may receive a letter telling you when you may expect a reply.
  • After review, the Chief may reach out and explain what has been found out about the matter.
