Twenty-five years later, we remember all those whose lives were forever changed by the events of that tragic day.

Today, and every day, we honor the thousands of innocent lives lost and the brave men and women who answered the call, putting the lives of others before their own. We honor the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, the military members who continued to serve and sacrifice in the years that followed, and the families who continue to carry the loss of their loved ones.

As we mark 25 years, we pause to reflect, remember, and honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience that defined our nation in the days that followed September 11th.

Together, we remember. Together, we honor. Together, we have strength.
