Accident Reports
Looking to get an accident report? Follow the link on the image or button below and make sure you have the following information ready:
– Crash Report Number (Ex. 25-1-AC)
– Last Name of an Involved Party
– Date of Accident
You will then be granted the ability to purchase the accident report. Each accident report through CrashDocs.org is $10.00
Arrests
Looking to get an arrest report? Arrest reports ARE NOT releasable until the court case has concluded.
DEFENDANTS
ACTIVE CASE ARREST REPORTS:
If you are the defendant (person who was charged) you will receive a copy of your arrest report from the District Attorney’s Office at your arraignment (first court date). This is the only way to obtain the report for an active case
RESOLVING YOUR CASE:
Alot of defendants hope to resolve their cases as quickly as possible. In most circumstances the District Attorney’s Office is not able to communicate directly with defendants and contacting them directly is not the best way to resolve your case (Title 15, §815). VICTIMS
ACTIVE CASE ARREST REPORTS:
If you are a victim of a crime and are seeking a copy of the report this must be obtained through the District Attorney’s Office. Please give time for a Victim-Witness Advocate from the District Attorney’s Office to reach out to you. If some time has passed (6-8 weeks) please contact the York County DA’s Office, their contact information is below.
